Kimberly Crichton Enders, CFP® CWS®

Branch Manager and Owner

I began my career in the financial services industry at the young age of 22. I've worn many hats - insurance agent, bank financial representative, stockbroker, and now an independent financial advisor. This breadth of experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of personal finance, which I use to guide my clients.

A significant event early in my career profoundly shaped my approach to financial planning. Five years into my journey as a financial planner, my mother, who had just achieved her dream of an early retirement, tragically passed away in a car accident. I was 27 at the time, and type of retirement was not something I could find in any of my textbooks.

This experience made me realize that life seldom goes according to plan. It shifted my focus towards helping my clients invest and plan for their future, bearing in mind the unpredictability of life. Today, with three decades of experience under my belt, I help families navigate this complex financial planning concept: planning for the unknown.

I graduated from Michigan State University in 1995, and while raising a family I earned my Master Career Development Certificate through Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies. This allowed me to sit for the board exam and earn my CFP® Marks in 2014.

I didn't stop there. I continued my education through Cannon Financial Institute’s 13 Wealth Management Program, earning my Certified Wealth Strategist™ designation in 2018. In 2022, I received my Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor credentials from the National Association of Plan Advisors. Later that year, I earned my Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets and became a member of the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals.

I believe in staying active in my community and industry. I maintain memberships with the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Michigan, Boss Evolution of Detroit, and I'm a lifetime member of the National American Association of University Women (AAUW). I've also served as the Chairman of the Board of the Shelby Community Foundation. Keeping current in the industries I serve, I also maintain memberships with SAE International and the National Defense Industrial Association.

My commitment to giving back extends to providing pro-bono financial literacy to underserved families and mentoring fellow Financial Advisors across the country. I'm proud of my journey in financial services and look forward to continuing to serve and empower others.
